4. Investment Services

Hammad Gold Investment provides gold investment services subject to the following conditions:

1. All investments are subject to our verification and approval process, including Know Your Customer (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) procedures.
2. Past performance is not indicative of future results. The value of investments can go down as well as up, and you may not recover the full amount invested.
3. Minimum investment amounts apply and may vary by investment package.
4. Investment terms, including duration and expected returns, are specified in your investment agreement.
5. Early withdrawal of investments may be subject to fees and penalties as outlined in your investment agreement.
6. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.

5. Fees and Payments

By investing with Hammad Gold Investment, you agree to pay all applicable fees as described in your investment agreement. Payment terms are as follows:

• All fees are quoted in US Dollars unless otherwise specified.
• Management fees, transaction fees, and other charges will be clearly disclosed before you make an investment.
• We accept payments via bank transfer, credit card, and other methods as specified on our website.
• Late payments may be subject to additional fees and may affect your investment returns.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

The Services and all content, features, and functionality thereof, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, software, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Hammad Gold Investment, its licensors, or other providers and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Services, except as follows:

• Your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials.
• You may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.
• You may print or download one copy of a reasonable number of pages of the website for your own personal, non-commercial use and not for further reproduction, publication, or distribution.

• Your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services;
• Any conduct or content of any third party on the Services;
• Any content obtained from the Services; and
• Unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ghana, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the personal and exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Accra, Ghana for the resolution of any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Services.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our Services after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Services.
